Only giving a one as the staff were the only decent part about it. Came as a group of 12 for a weekend away. The hotel is dirty, tired and nothing atall like the pictures they advertised. Knew is out of the main area that was OK. Arrived on an early morning flight but were told we couldn't check in until 5pm. The pool was vile had a layer of scum on the top. Prices different every time you went to the bar. Ants in the room. Our shower was smashed in and the sink. Food left in the fridge from previous people. Everyones deposit was short even though the rooms were left as we found them....DONT DO IT!

Stayed here for 3 nights there are ups and down to this hotel but I will say its defo a budget hotel but once we arrived it was clean on the surface and the room wasn't bad we had a apartment that had a kitchenette table and chairs sofa and a wardrobe and twin beds which what more can u ask for for a 3 nights stay there was problems with the shower had to hold the shower head as it wasnt places very well and if it was in the holder it would go straight at the shower curtain and soak the floor there was to shower mad provided so became very slippy the toilet was was to close to the glass shower pannel once I stripped the beds as I always do this everywhere I have stayed there was a giant stain on the mattress protector on my mums bed not very nice , the pool am afraid left me thinking as it didn't seem clean there was lots of leaves and questionable things floating in it so could do with more maintenance and it would be perfect . The hotel itself is very much on a hill so ppl with mobility issues may struggle the hotel staff was all pleasant all together it wasn't a bad stay but defo needs some improvements x

The hotel is situated in a good area which is well linked with the local nightlife. The staff are very friendly, all of which were happy to help with anything. Jennifer was particularly helpful from the front desk and helped up with info about the area as well as ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible Toilet flooded if you didn't flush it for a few hours. So we would go out and come back to a flooded bathroom. Every time you had a shower, it flooded the bathroom. My bed was broke. 3 coat hangers for us all. Dirty walls The staff were lovely. That was the only good thing

Firstly I would say the positive of this place and that is the manager Miguel in any place I’ve stayed he is one of the nicest guys ever and could not do enough for us really really nice guy. Now a honest review. This place is really a Hostel it’s very dirty we ended up with bunk beds had to ask for toilet roll no clean towels air conditioning was broken however they did give us a unit which was no trouble for them! Bathroom was disgusting no little shower gels or little touches windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them! Hubby found a cardigan under bed which wasn’t ours which means room wasn’t cleaned properly after last guests. I am no way stuck up but general expectation of cleanliness is expected. Music around the pool was amazing but pool I don’t think was cleaned as water level reduces by the day god knows what ends up in there honestly! We were given the extension of the room free by the lovely Miguel however received a lovely 7am wake up call to check out after a late last night can say hubby was not happy. Drinks are expensive in the bar pizza was nice this about 11 euros for a small pizza not cheap but thankfully edible. Would I return - not even if it was free think I should have been paid it is right what they say you pay for what you get it was cheap and I stayed cheap. Hotel is on a great hill tiles walking down are lethal my knee will tell you
